How We Work, From First Call to Final Walkthrough

Step 1: Consultation

It starts with a conversation and a site visit. We walk the property or the space with you, listen to what you want to build and talk honestly about budget, timeline and what the site, the structure or the lease will and will not allow. There is no charge and no obligation for this visit.

• What you bring: your goals, any photos or plans you have, and a budget range if you have one
• What we bring: 25+ years of knowing what things really involve in Arizona
• What you leave with: a clear sense of whether the project is realistic and what the next step is

Step 2: Design and estimate

Our in-house designers turn the idea into drawings, and our estimators price those drawings line by line. Because design and estimating happen on the same team, cost is part of the design conversation instead of a surprise at bid time. Allowances are specific, not vague, so you know what is included before you sign.

If you already have plans from your own architect, we build from those and coordinate with them directly.

Step 3: Permits and build

We handle plan submittal, permits and any HOA design review, then schedule the trades in sequence and manage the job daily. You have one project manager who tells you what is happening this week and what is coming next. Changes, if any, are priced and approved in one place before the work happens.

• Phasing planned so an occupied home or business stays usable as long as possible

Step 4: Inspection and handover

Final inspections are passed, then we walk the finished project with you in detail. Anything on the punch list gets done before we call the job complete. You get a finished space, the documentation that goes with it, and a contractor who is still a phone call away afterward.
